When placing an order with us, please make sure to enter the correct delivery address. If the address is entered incorrectly, the parcel may not reach you, and MonokiteIndia will not be responsible for non-deliver

 If you place an order with COD and provide the wrong address, the courier will not be able to deliver your parcel. In such cases, any advance payment made will not be refunded

We request all our customers to double-check their address before confirming the order to ensure smooth and timely delivery. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Once your order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Please check your details carefully before placing the order.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, there is no refund if the parcel is not delivered because of:
• Wrong or incomplete address
• Customer refusing or rejecting the parcel
• In such cases, any advance payment will not be refunded.

We request all customers to provide the correct address and accept their parcel on time for a smooth delivery experience.
